Requirements and conditions
What are the requirements and conditions?
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- They must not be used.
- In the case of shoes, it is essential to return them in their original box.
- We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
- You have 15 days from receipt to request an exchange or refund.

El abono se realizará en el mismo método de pago utilizado.
Si pagaste en efectivo, necesitaremos tu código IBAN para procesar el reembolso.
Cancelaciones
¿Puedo cancelar mi pedido?
Sí, siempre que no haya sido enviado.
Para cancelar, contacta con nosotros en el (+34) 96 543 43 25 o a través de nuestros canales de atención al cliente.
Si el pedido ya está en almacén o en tránsito, no podrá cancelarse, pero sí devolverlo tras la entrega.
¿Puede BEFREE cancelar mi pedido?
Sí, en los siguientes casos:
- Producto agotado o sin stock de tu talla.
- Artículo en malas condiciones.
- Problemas con el pago o la dirección de entrega.
- Errores tipográficos en precio o información del producto.
En caso de cancelación, recibirás el reembolso correspondiente en el mismo método de pago. Ten en cuenta que el tiempo depende de tu entidad bancaria.
