EXCHANGE BY SIZE OR MODEL
FREE returns in the peninsula only in case of size or model exchange. The process is as follows: you must write us an email to hola@befreeshoes.es explaining your size change request. We, through our NACEX agency, ship the new item to the delivery address that appears in the order. At the time of delivery, the customer must have the item to be returned ready to hand it to the courier.

RETURNS
For exchanges or returns, you have a period of 15 days counting after the day following receipt of the order.
The item must be in perfect condition and in its original box, intact, to be able to accept its return. No used items will be accepted. Please DO NOT seal the box directly because any that are damaged (peeled by cellophane, etc.) will not be accepted.
To make changes/returns we provide you with three options:
1st Option: We manage the collection of the merchandise for €6, so you will not have to travel to make the return. Select the date and time you want them to pick up your package and give it to the carrier. As soon as we receive the item in our offices we will proceed to refund the amount, from which shipping costs will be deducted.
2nd Option: Take your return to the nearest Nacex Point. For a cost of €4 we help you make your return more comfortable.
Once your return request has been completed, you will receive the label that you must attach to the package to the email provided. Select your nearest Nacex Point and deliver the shipment. As soon as we receive the item at our offices, we will proceed to refund the amount, from which the €4 shipping fee will be deducted.
3rd Option: Do it yourself. Selecting the transport company you want and sending your exchange/return to our shipping address:

Under no circumstances will returns sent postage due be accepted. In this case, the purchased item is the responsibility of the customer until it arrives at our offices.

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS
If you placed the order with us, you would have to request the return of the item from the “registered customers” section and follow the instructions.
GUEST ORDER
If you do not have an account when you placed the order, you would have to request the return as a “guest order”, entering the order number you received in the confirmation email (Ex: 10000xxxx) and your email. Then you just have to follow the instructions.
