Return or exchange deadlines and costs

You have 15 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a size/model exchange or return.

CHRISTMAS SPECIAL: We are extending the return period until 12/01/2026 for orders placed from 01/12/2025 onwards. Orders delivered from 28/12/2025 onwards have the usual return period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.

With us, exchanges are free of charge.

The cost of returning an item to a pick-up point is €5, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

We will refund the full amount of the items, but the initial shipping costs will not be refunded if applicable.

Returns or exchanges are delivered to pick-up points.

Canary Islands and other countries

At present, we do not offer an exchange service for other areas.

Returns are possible by sending us the package by your own means.

Return or exchange conditions

To process a return or exchange, items must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused.

Products from our outlet section cannot be returned, only exchanged for a different model or size.

Items that have already been exchanged cannot be returned.

Refund period

Instant refunds will be available immediately during the exchange or return request.

If the selected refund method is not instant, the credit will be made to the same payment method used to process the order and will be effective within a maximum of 12 days.*

*These periods may be slightly longer during sales periods.
