Shipping policy
Delivery time
Once the payment for your purchase has been received, you will receive your order within 48 to 72 working hours (Monday to Friday; on SATURDAY the NACEX courier service is not available) within Spanish territory (mainland), unless there is a stock shortage. In that case, we will contact you to inform you of the situation. If the stock shortage is permanent, the amount paid will be refunded.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for Spain are automatically calculated at the time of placing the order. For other countries, please check the applicable rates.
Promotions (on shipping costs) are valid only in Spain (mainland) and the Balearic Islands.
We offer free shipping for purchases over €45 (valid only in mainland Spain) and for size or model exchanges.
Tracking number
Nacex will send you an email and an SMS with your tracking number. Once received, you can enter it on the NACEX tracking page: https://www.nacex.es/irSeguimiento.do
